Corporate Responsibility
Equal opportunity and diversity
We seek both talent and diversity as part of our employment requirements. As an equal opportunity employer, we consider a broad range of elements in the selection and engagement of our team. We encourage diversity and welcome input and ideas to improve our operations. We have zero tolerance for any form of racism, discrimination or bullying and take a harsh line with those that engage in this behaviour.
Safety
Safety for our people, suppliers, clients and the public is of fundamental importance. We are committed to safety training and practices both in the office and in the field.
Our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies are written for daily use, not simply to tick a box. Our goal is to ensure all employees and stakeholders return safely to their families at the end of each day.
Environment and Sustainability
We acknowledge our business practices do have environmental consequences. Noting this, we proactively seek to minimise our environmental impact through functional, yet sustainable practices that reduce our environmental ‘footprint’, while keeping our people safe. We source and use environmentally friendly products wherever possible, and always dispose of waste according to EPA standards, ethical and sustainable practices.
Supporting the community
We actively support the communities in which we operate. Through charitable organisations, including the Lions Club and Children’s Variety Charity, we seek to be part of, and give back to, the community that supports our work. We also undertake gratis work for select organisations that provide remarkable services to the community such as Bear Cottage.
Customer Focus
We work closely with our clients to understand their operational needs to ensure the services we provide meet their requirements.
From the time of contact Mainserve endeavours to respond quickly and efficiently to our client’s requests whether it is for a quote or starting a project following approval.
We are seen as an exceptional service provider with an excellent track record, never compromising on the quality of services provided to our clients.
