Description: A new loading dock was built under the existing opera house and below sea level, this provided a major challenge of water seepage through the concrete into the loading dock.
Mainserve recommended the use of a Nano waterproofing coat system that would penetrate deep into the concrete surface and provide a barrier stopping the water seepage. The system also provided an excellent anti-graffiti surface.
Mainserve was engaged to apply the coatings for which it received an award for excellence from the Master Painters Association.
Outcomes: Awarded “Commercial New Work $100,000—$500,000” Winner at MPA Awards for Excellence 2015.
